How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on the home page and the best agent page asks for your name, email address, move timing and question. When you submit it, your browser opens a draft email in your own mail app, addressed to Ann Chauss at Coldwell Banker Realty. The website does not send, save or see the form. Nothing is shared until you send that email yourself.
Once sent, your email is handled by Ann Chauss and Coldwell Banker Realty under their own privacy practices. Phone and email links on the site work the same way: they open your phone or mail app, and the site records nothing.
Analytics
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use these pages. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement for heatmaps and session replays, and sets first-party cookies to recognise a returning browser. Form fields are masked, so Clarity does not record what you type. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can block Clarity with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker, and the site still works.
Third parties
Google Maps, hosting and outside links
The footer of every page embeds a Google Map of the Port St Lucie Real Estate Communities listing. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the service. Links to clubs, associations and other sources open third-party sites with their own privacy practices.
